Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients undergoing surgery in elective operation theatre complexes (Nehru hospital and Nehru extension blocks) of PGIMER, Chandigarh

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Patient getting transferred directly to ward/HDU/ICU will be excluded from study 2)Admission to PACU in afterhours (beyond 5pm)
