Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Any gender Age >18 years Post stroke duration of 1 year Patients / caregivers who are able to take pictures on smart phone. Patients discharged from hospital and living in community.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Aphasic patients Patients with hearing issues or loss Patients who are not able to follow instructions Patients who do not have a smart phone or camera.
