Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Primigravidae and multiparous. 2.Pregnant women with Gestational age up to 24 weeks. 3.Age between 18 to 40 years. 4.Complaining of burning micturition, polyuria, dysuria, lower abdominal pain, Tightness of abdomen, nausea and vomiting, lower backache, nocturia, frequency and urgency and suprapubic pain. 5.Already diagnosed cases.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.High risk pregnancies such as pre eclampsia, gestational diabetes mellitus and oligohydramnios. 2.Patient with systemic disease. 3.Vaginal infections. 4.HIV, HbsAg, VDRL positive patients. 5.Immuno compromised patients.
