Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age between 25 to 60 years 2.Systemically healthy patients 3.Subjects with minimum 20 natural teeth remaining 4.Subjects having Stage II or Stage III Grade A Periodontitis 5.Radiographic evidence of Intrabony defect

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Subjects consuming any form of tobacco. 2.Pregnant and lactating women. 3. Having symptoms of acute illness or pulpal pain at the time of the study
