Intervention1: Questionnaires for assessing psychological morbidity: Patients are administered multiple questionnaires to assess the psychological morbidity associated with surgery for breast cancer.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing either Modified Radical Mastectomy or Breast Conservation Suregry for unilateral carcinoma breast

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Metastatic breast cancer Recurrent breast cancer Pregnant women Psychiatry treatment before diagnosis of breast cancer
