Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Tennis athletes having Glenohumeral Internal Rotation Deficit. 2. Tennis athletes playing as a recreation since atleast 1 year practicing for 3 to 12 hours/ week. 3. Tennis athletes willing to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Tennis athletes with present shoulder injury. 2. Tennis athletes with past shoulder injury in previous 3 months. 3. Tennis athletes who are symptomatic and taking treatment for GIRD. 4. Tennis athletes who have undergone surgery for SLAP/ impingement in previous 12 months.
