Inclusion criteria: young healthy adults

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)subjects diagnosed with musculoskeletal, cardiovascular,respiratory and neurological disorders which can hamper the activities to be carried out 2) subject doing regular exercise from last 1 month or more
