Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ALL GENDERS AGED BETWEEN 18-40 YEARS LUMBAR LORDOSIS ANGLE MORE THAN 45 DEGREES SUBJECTS WILLING TO PARTICIPATE IN THE STUDY

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pain in the lumbar region, radiating pain to the lower limb Any congenital spinal deformities History of gross Musculoskeletal disorders History of spinal fracture, surgical procedures related to spine, shoulder, pelvic girdle Pregnancy Who are unable to comprehend to the commands Undergoing any professional physical activity training
