Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients screened positive for prehypertension. 2. Patient with age group between 21 to 60 years. 3. Patients of either sex. 4. Literate patients who can read either English or Hindi and ready to give consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients not willing to give written consent for the study. 2. Undergoing simultaneous Homeopathic treatment for any other disorder. 3. Simultaneous participation in any other clinical trial. 4. Having other recognised co-morbities ie. Diabetes, dyslipidaemia, chronic kidney disease, CVD . 5. Immunocompromised patient.

Change in the blood pressure readingsTimepoint: At baseline and at every 15 days(2weeks).

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Demographic profiling of patients in both arms. Assessing lifestyle & dietary modification adherence in both groups.Timepoint: At baseline & at end of one year.
