Interventions

Intervention1: Self Ligating Brackets(Damon): Self Ligating Brackets for comparing the rate of bone formation with conventional brackets and Aligners in duration of four months. Intervention2: Aligner

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patient with age 12-20 years with: 1)post pubertal Individual 2)Good oral hygiene 3)No systemic disease 4)No periodontal disease 5)No TMJ dysfunction 6)Non extraction treatment will include for this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient with 1)patients with poor periodontal health 2) patients with dentofacial anomalies/syndrome 3)patients with conditions like pregnancy, lactation. 4)patients with systemic disease or medically compromised condition. 5)Angle’s class III molar relationship will exclude in this study.
