Exclusion criteria: 1. NON MOTIVATED INDIVIDUAL AND NON-SUPPORTIVE FAMILY/SOCIAL ENVIRONMENT. 2. IRREGULAR FOLLOW-UP IN THE METABOLIC CLINIC 3. PSYCHOLOGICALLY UNSTABLE PATIENT. 4. PREGNANCY AND LACTATION
