Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.CV angle less than 50 degrees 2.Suffered atleast 3 months of neck pain 3.No Cervical or shoulder neurological movement disorder 4.Shoulder flexion atleast 130 degrees or more

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • 1. Scoliosis 2. Cervical fractures 3. Thoracic fractures 4. Have had previous shoulder surgery 5. Diagnosis of fibromyalgia syndrome 6. Diagnosis of psychiatric disorders such as anxiety and depression 7. Any metabolic disease 8. Any heart disease
