Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients irrespective to gender, caste, religion and socio economic status between the age group of 20 years to 50 years. Patients having signs and symptoms of Amajirna namely Udara gaurava, Sadyobhukta Evodgara (mandatory) and other symptoms will be included and associate signs and symptoms of Samanya Ajirna namely Arochaka, Avipaka(mandatory) and other symptoms will be included. Repeated history of Amajirna throughout same season and in repeated years. Patient following same lifestyle throughout the season and still having Amajirna. Patient who are willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age of Patient less than 20 years and more than 50 years. Pregnant and lactating women. Patients having Amajirna not more than 2 months. Amajirna caused by other Nidana rather than seasonal variation or rutu sandhi. Amajirna as a complication of other diseases or any medication. Patients who are not willing to participate in the study.
