Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with type-2 diabetes with both controlled(HbA1C: 5.7-7%) and uncontrolled(7-10%) blood sugar and who know their birth date, time and place

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with Type – 1 diabetes and gestational diabetes Participants with HbA1C less than 5.7% and greater than 10% Patients with co-morbidities like Hypertension, thyroid disorder, dyslipidemia Patients who are not willing for the study

This study will evaluate the disease association with Yakkai Ilakkanam (body constitution) and Vaazhnaal vivaram (Siddha description of lifespan) by which early identification of hardship of the disease will be made possible and it will be helpful in management through personalized thega unavugal (dietary regimen)Timepoint: 6 months
