Design outcomes

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To observe time taken for successful placement of Ambu Auragain & Igel & time taken to intubate & glottic view visualization through supra glottic airway device using fiberoptic bronchoscope. Difference of airway leak pressure between Ambu auragain & Igel. Variation in haemodynamic parameters & complications. Timepoint: hemodynamic parameters assessement - during 1- baseline 2- during SGA insertion ( at every 5 sec). 3- during intubation ( at every 5 sec). 4. during extubation at every 5 seconnds interval.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To observe overall ease and success rate of fiberoptic guided intubation through Ambu Auragain and Igel in patients undergoing surgery under general anaesthesia.Timepoint: T1( in seconds) - total Time taken for I Gel or Ambu Aura Gain insertion . T1a(5 seconds),T1b (10 seconds),T1c(15seconds). T2 ( in seconds) - total time taken for Fiberoptic guided tracheal intubation through I Gel or Ambu Aura Gain. T2a (20 seconds), T2b( 30 seconds), T2c ( 40 seconds).
