Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 15 years to 80 years Patient willing to participate in study Positive KOH Mount Test and Culture Positive Negative KOH Mount Test but Culture Positive Positive Koh Mount Test but Culture Negative

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient not willing to participate in study Benign and malignant conditions Patient with any other co-morbidity Negative KOH Mount Test and culture Lactating and pregnant women

MeasureTime frame
Improvement in cases of Onychomycosis on the basis of Totality of symptoms prescribed medicine Silicea terra is due to medicinal effect. The result is statistically significant.Timepoint: 6 months

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To collect cases of Onychomycosis from the OPD, advice investigation as per case. To evaluate sign and symptom before and after administration of medicine. To assess effects of Onychomycosis before and after administration of Silicea terra through scoring system. Timepoint: 6 months
