Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Indian healthy adults including both males and females aged 20-30 years. 2. Willing to give consent for the test

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects who are physically challenged. 2. Subjects who have had any upper or lower back surgery followed by any injury or pathological conditions. 3. Subject who had LBP within the previous 3 weeks. 4. Subjects who have been in sports training and going to the gym for the past 1 year.
