Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To compare changes radiographically using IOPA in the measurement of bone fill after flap operation, in Titanium platelet-rich fibrin (T-PRF) over Leucocyte & platelet-rich fibrin (L-PRF)Timepoint: At Baseline, At Six month, At Nine month

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
•Describe the changes clinically after flap operation, in Titanium platelet-rich fibrin (T-PRF) & Leucocyte & platelet-rich fibrin (L-PRF) - in clinical attachment level (CAL) - in probing pocket depth (PPD) - in gingival index (GI) - in plaque index (PI) •Describe the changes radiographically using CBCT, in the density of bone fill after flap operation, in Titanium platelet-rich fibrin (T-PRF) and Leucocyte and platelet-rich fibrin (L-PRF) Timepoint: At Baseline, At Six month, At Nine month
