Inclusion criteria: Systemic Hypertension Echocardiography with strain imaging of Left ventricle and left atrium 1/3 - 1/2 Females

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: CKD,CAD,Heart Failure Anemia,rhythm disorder, significant valvular heart disease
