Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients having BMI 18 to = 35 kg.m-2. Patients of American Society of Anesthesiologists ASA I and II. Patients complaining of chronic non-cyclical mastalgia (more than 3 months)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient’s unwillingness to participate in the study 2. Patients with malignancies 3. Pregnancy and lactation 4. Patient allergic to the study drug 5. Patient not able to understand pain score
