Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) All patients aged 60 years and above visiting the Department of Oral Medicine and Radiology. 2) Patients who provided consent to participate in the study. 3). Patients should be able to understand and complete questionnaires

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients younger than 60 years old. Patients with neurological conditions that hinder their ability to understand the information provided. Patients who do not agree to participate. Oral Examination Limitation: Patients who cannot open their mouths wide enough for a thorough oral examination. Patients who have experienced maxillofacial trauma within the past three months. Patients currently receiving radiotherapy for the orofacial region. Patients with severe systemic diseases classified as ASA 3 or higher, or those with psychiatric conditions such as schizophrenia that could impact their ability to participate in the study.
