Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All the hospitalized Diabetic patient above 12 years at sir t hospital bhavnagar general medicine ward

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Pregnant and lactating mother . 2) Immunocompromised patients ( transplant patients ,patients on immunosuppressive therapy , HIV patients) 3) Patients who is on antibiotic prior to admission 4) Catheter associate UTI 5)Diabetic patient who are on SGLT2 inhibitors
