Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
hyperbaric ropivicaine 0.75% when compared with hyperbaric bupivicaine 0.5% had better hemodynamic stability with lesser effect on the heart rate & blood pressureTimepoint: 6 weeks

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
quality of subarachnoid block, hemodynamic stabilty, reversal of motor & sensory blockhade, perioperative analgesia in patients undergoing lower segment cesarean section is better with ropivicaine 0.75% than bupivicaine0.5%Timepoint: 8 weeks
