Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All the patients having frontal sinus diseases and sinonasal pathologies involving frontal sinus aged over 18 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of previous sino-nasal surgery. 2.Contraindications for surgery. 3.Patient with cardiovascular and neurological disorder. 4.Maxillofacial fractures disrupting the frontal recess anatomy, hindering cell identification and frontal sinus drainage pathway
