Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Normal healthy unmarried females with age group of 18 to 25 years old with menstruation associated symptoms

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with major systemic diseases like Hypertension, diabetes, etc. 2.Patients having congenital anomalies leading to general disturbances associated with Menstruation like biconuate uterus, etc 3.Patients having any detectable organic pelvic pathology like PID, genital tuberculosis etc, Patients on hormonal therapy for PMS Hirsutism, hypothyroidism etc. 4.Patients having severe symptoms associated with Menstruation like sever psychological stress etc.

Psycological stress will be relieved normalize GI movements which are disturbed during menstruation reduce abdominal painTimepoint: assesement will be done on 5th day of menstruation for 1st, 2nd and 3rd menstruale cycles
