Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy patients of both the gender Age group : 18-45 years Bilateral impacted mandibular third molar

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with medical problems Patients who were allergic to had a history of adverse effects with test drugs Patients with long-term use of corticosteroids that would obscure assessment of the inflammatory response Pregnant or lactating women

To assess the – Swelling , pain , trismus following surgical removal of mandibular impacted third molars under local anaesthesia and usage of Low level laser therapy and Pre-emptive single dose of intra masseteric injection of MethylprednisoloneTimepoint: Time duration will be measured from initial incision till closure . Postoperative patient follow up – one day after surgery , Post operative day 3 , 5 and 7
