Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosis of Alcohol Use Disorder according to the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders DSM 5 criteria Participants who have been consuming alcohol regularly for a minimum of 1 year Participants with CIWA Ar score ranging 19 will be included Availability for the duration of the study period and willingness to comply with study procedures and follow up visits Participants willing to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with known cardiovascular risks hypertension Those with musculoskeletal injuries prevent exercise Those undertaking any specific exercise recommended by their doctors defined here as two or more planned exercise sessions per week during the past month Those requiring or receiving specialist psychiatric care Those with suicidal tendencies will be excluded Those with any legal issues will be excluded
