Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Amateur football players 2. Age group - 14 to 18 years 3. For hamstring tightness angle ( 20° extension lag of full extension is consider )

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Hamstring Strain 2. Any recent injuries or fracture of Lower limb. 3. Open wound 4. Hypersensitive Skin

Active Knee extension test  Timepoint: To check flexibility of hamstring muscle by measuring knee range of motion before and after treatment.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Y balance test and  T- testTimepoint: Y balance test is for to check Dynamic balance and T- test is for to check Agility will be done before & after receiving treatment.
