Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Elective surgery under spinal anaesthesia ASA1 & 2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ASA III and Above BMI more than 30kg/m 2 Taking ACE inhibitors Parturient Emergency cases Absolute or relative contraindications to spinal anesthesia Patient with baseline arterial systolic blood pressure less than 90mm Hg or MAP less than 70mm Hg .

To evaluate the predictive values of both IVCCI and IVC : Ao index for detecting PSAHTimepoint: baseline ,4 weeks & 8 weeks

MeasureTime frame
To compare the predictive values of both IVCCI & IVC: Ao index & to detect other clinical predictors for PSAH using logistic regression analysis.Timepoint: baseline,4 weeks & 8 weeks
