Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age more than 17 years 2. All genders 3. Adult intensive care unit patients 4. With clinical takotsubo cardiomyopathy as noted on echocardiography

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age less than 18 years 2. Patients without evidence of takotsubo cardiomyopathy as noted on echocardiography
