Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Sub-elite cricket pace bowlers. 2) Aged 18 to 30 3) Male Players 4) Athletes with 2 or more years of training

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Pain in one or both the upper or lower extremity. 2) Players who had a gap in their training for more than a month. 3) Players with acute upper limb injuries
