Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients of both sexes & age group between 35-65 years of both the sexes will be considered. All socio-economical classes will be considered. Patients having HbA1c less than or equals to 8%. Pre-diagnosed cases which are under any system of treatment, but yet not having relief or improvement & willing to take homoeopathy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Complicated cases with advanced & irreversible pathological conditions. Patients who do not follow the advise & dietary restrictions given by the physician strictly. Cases with more than 3 irregular follow-ups.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Patients of diabetes mellitus type II will be benefited by medicines selected using synthesis RepertoryTimepoint: it will be assessed every 2 weeks and will be tried to achieve maximum by 9 months

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Marked improvement: feeling of mental & physical wellbeing with the disappearance of all signs & symptoms without any reccurence & reduction in doses of allopathic medicine . Moderate improvement : marked decreased in intensisty of disease. Not improved : no significant change was observed . Left the treatment : patient left the treatment in middle of study .Timepoint: it will be also achieved within the time period of 9 months alongwith primary outcome
