Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Periodontally healthy maxillary and mandibular permanent molars with cariously exposed pulp 2. Patients ranging from 16 to 50 years of age 3. Positive response to vitality tests 4. No clinical signs of pulp necrosis such as swelling or sinus tract

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Immunocompromised patients, pregnant females. 2. Patients having negative response to vitality tests 3. Tooth previously accessed 4. Periodontally compromised teeth, radiographic signs of periapical pathosis 5. Immature apex
