Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: CKD with tunneled catheter infections with case surveillance definition Fever Intra dialytic chills

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute kidney injury and Acute kidney disease 2. Blood culture positivity for fungal and mycobacterial infections at presentation. 3. Patients presenting with shock refractory to fluid therapy requiring inotropes. 4. Pregnancy 5. Known other source of infection. 6. Allergic to alcohol. 7. Focus of infection in another sites. 8. Infection in the tunnel.
