Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA 1 and 2 MPC grade 1 and 2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with anticipated difficult airway History of ischemic heart disease Pregnancy

The nebulized form of magnesium sulphate will demonstrate comparable efficacy to the intravenous administration in attenuating the stress response during physiological challenges such as endotracheal intubationTimepoint: Heart rate , Systolic blood pressure, Diastolic blood pressure, Mean arterial pressure will be recorded at P0 - prenebulisation P1 - post nebulistion M0 - before IV magnesium sulphate M1 - after IV magnesium sulphate I1 - post induction T1 - post intubation T2 - 2 min after intubation T3 - 5 min after intubation T4 - 10 min after intubation
