Intervention1: Paranayama +Clonazepam: Bhramari Pranayama 5 minutes Nadi Sodhan Pranayama 5 minutes and Clonazepam 0.25MG for 60 days Intervention2: Gayatri mantra +Clonazepam: Gyatri Mantra 10 minute

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects aged between 18 to 40 years of both male and female. Subject who fulfilled the diagnostic criteria of Generalized Anxiety Disorder as per ICD-11. The patient who is willing to participate in the research work after giving informed written consent in a predesigned proforma.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subject less than 18 and more than 40 years. Subject who are suffering from chronic psychiatric condition. Persons who are not able to perform Pranayama, Gayatri Mantra & Sadbhavana mantra.

Assessment of Generalized Anxiety Disorder 7-item (GAD-7) scale, Student’s Stress Dimension Questionnaire (SSDQ) & Session Reactions Scale -3 Brief (SRS-3-B) before and after Pranayama, Gayatri Mantra & Sadbhavana Mantra. Timepoint: 60 days
