Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Recording the intensity of the direct immunofluorescence slides in baseline and subsequent months and analyzing the data and calculating the survival of slides in percentageTimepoint: Detection of tissue bound immune reactants by direct immunofluorescence microscopy at 3rd 6th 12th months.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1.To compare the intensity of staining at baseline and at subsequent reading. 2.To compare the positivity at different temperature settings. Timepoint: Detection of tissue bound immune reactants by direct immunofluorescence microscopy at 3rd 6th 12th months.
