Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Grossly mutilated single molars on either side 2. Absence of abnormal dental conditions such as crossbite, open bite 3. Presence of antagonist tooth 4. Prematurely lost molar with major spacing or crowding disturbances in dentition 5. Child exhibiting co-operative behavior 6. Healthy teeth mesial and distal to the space

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Grossly carious abutment tooth 2. Absence of succedaneous tooth 3. Patient having any systemic disease

In this Clinical trial, we are comparing the evaluation of Conventional VS Preformed Vs 3D Printed Band & Loop Space maintainer along with survival time, gingival health and patient/ parent satisfaction over 6 months from baseline The expected outcome of this intervention will be to identify the best treatment modality for a specific condition and assess the sub conditional factors for its success rate.Timepoint: Follow up will be at day 1(baseline), 3 months, 6 months
