Inclusion criteria: a) All preterm babies b) Babies on mothers milk

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a) Babies on formula feed b) Parents who don’t give consent c) Pre-term got admitted on day – 2 of life d) Neonates with Congenital anomalies
