Inclusion criteria: Apparently healthy individual with age of 18 to 24 years and who are not practicing any kind of exercise.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of major medical illnesses cardio respiratory diseases or mental health disorder and recent surgical procedure. Differently abled
