Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient presenting with any one or combination of the following lipid profile values: A) LDL-cholesterol: 130-159 mg/dl (borderline high) B) Total cholesterol: 200-239 mg/dl (borderline high) C) HDL-cholesterol: 60 mg/dl (high) D) Serum Triglycerides: 200-499 mg/dl (High) • BMI to =39 • Both Gender • Age: between 30-60 years • Healthy volunteers with normal lipid profile for the control group.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - lactating and pregnant females will not be included - patients with chronic diseases or malignancies will not be included -patient with any bleeding diathesis will not be included - patients with uncontrolled diabetes or anemia wil not be included
