Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients belonging to the age category of 18 to 53 years. 2.Patients who have not used antibiotics antimicrobial or anti inflammatory drugs before surgery. 3.Patients with moderate surgical difficulty score on Pedersons index 4to6. 4.Patients with normal bleeding and clotting times 5.Patients who are nonsmokers.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who are not willing to participate in the study. 2.Patients with presence of any systemic disorders. 3.Patients with previous history of radiation therapy. 4.Patients with previous history of allergy to anesthetic agent used. 5.Pregnant or lactating female subjects.
