Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age group minimum 20 years and under 60 years Both genders will be included with presenting symptoms of Cervical Spondylosis According to NDI (NECK DISABILITY INDEX) level of mild and moderate patients included in this study Patients who are fit for snigdha swedana Patients with consent to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age less than 20 years and more than 60 years Patients with any type of comorbidity like diabetes heart disease etc Need surgical care Pregnant women and lactating mothers Any type of bone fracture Presenting symptoms of paralysis Intake of any medicine for chronic disorders High blood pressure
