Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants aged between 30 to 60 years, diagnosed with type 2 diabetes mellitus on oral hypoglycemic drugs.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants with uncontrolled diabetes and insulin dependent will be excluded. Any other systemic illness, ischemic heart disease, hepatic or renal dysfunction, gastritis, bleeding disorders, stroke, diabetic retinopathy, diabetic neuropathy, non healing diabetic wound, pregnant and lactating women, psychological illness will be excluded. Participants practicing yoga or any other physical regimen in past 3-6 months will be excluded.
