Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Individuals with dual chamber pacemaker Patient with RV pacing more than 40%
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Structural heart disease Previous DDDR Previous cardiac surgerires or interventions Dysfunctional pacemakers Presence of documented cardiac arrhythmias Known RV dysfunction
