Inclusion criteria: 1-Age Group 18-65 YEARS 2-Asa Grade I AND II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1- Nasal Infection, Deviated Nasal Septum, Nasal Polyp 2- Basal Skull Fracture 3- Csf Rhinorrhea 4-Pregnant And Lactating Mothers 5- Allergy To Any Of The Study Drug 6- UNCONTROLLED HHYPERTENSION AND DIABETES 7- TRAUMA
