Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Participants with dysmenorrhea 2. Medial or anterior thigh pain 3. Onset of pain within 6-12 hours after onset of menses 4. Lower abdominal and pelvic pain associated with onset of menses and lasting 9-72 hours

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those on hormonal contraception or those who were pregnant. 2. Irregular bleeding 3. Any history of mental disorders 4. Any history of gynecologic and obstetric diseases
