Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Both genders of age group 30-60 years who are diagnosed of diabetes mellitus with comorbidity hypertension willing to give consent are included

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Type 2 diabetes mellitus patient with comorbidity except hypertension , patient undergoing anti-coagulants, women under pregnancy and lactation are excluded.
