Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Subjects with age (20-60 yrs.) without PD and AD. (2) Both sex is included. (3) Subjects without any chronic complications are included. (4)Subjects without Parkinson and Alzheimer and any other systemic diseases such as diabetes were included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Subjects who did not accept voluntarily to sign the consent form were excluded. (2) Subjects with any health complications and infectious disorders are excluded. (3) Pregnant women are excluded. (4) Subjects with Smoking and alcohol consumption/HIV/Cancer/Hepatitis/ autoimmune disorders excluded.
