Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Individuals between 30-50 years of age without any bar of race, gender, religion etc. 2)Apparently healthy individuals from the surrounding area of the research place. 3) Individuals who have developed unusual lack of energy, extreme tiredness, sense of exhaustion, and decreased capacity of work.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Individuals less than 30 years and above 50 years of age will be excluded. 2) The pregnant women and lactating mothers will be excluded. 3) Individuals who have completed participation in any other clinical trial during the past six months. 4) Individuals with co-morbidities like COPD, IHD, CKD, Coagulopathy, Cancer, Diabetes mellitus, exhaustion and fatigue due to depressive episodes etc.
